About this recipe: A make ahead mousse that couldn't be easier to make. Dulce de leche is combined with cream and your favourite garnishes. Served in petite glasses, this makes an excellent addition to a buffet or array of dinner party puds.
You can make your own dulce de leche with the recipe available on this site. You can also use tinned caramel, such as Carnation®, which is essentially the exact same thing!
