Wash the dill weed well then dry thoroughly to ensure that there is no moisture left on the herb. Gently heat the olive oil in a saucepan over a low heat for a few minutes to warm.
Place the dill weed inside a sterilised bottle and using a funnel, pour over the warmed olive oil and seal immediately.
Tip
Store in a cool dark place, and then once opened store in the fridge. The oil should last for a few months.
