Tarragon infused olive oil

    This lovely tarragon oil is such a wonderful way to preserve the vibrant and distinctive flavours of the tarragon plant. Absolutely wonderful with chicken dishes or salads containing chicken.

    Makes: 1 600ml bottle tarragon oil

    • 600ml good quality olive oil
    • 1 bunch fresh tarragon leaves

    1. Wash the tarragon well then dry thoroughly to ensure that there is no moisture left on the herb. Gently heat the olive oil in a saucepan over a low heat for a few minutes just to warm.
    2. Place the tarragon inside a sterilised bottle and using a funnel, pour over the warmed olive oil and seal immediately.


    Store in a cool dark place, and then once opened store in the fridge. The oil should last for a few months unopened.
