    Smokey , tangy marie rose sauce great with prawns or any shellfish and boiled eggs

    • Five big heaped tblsp mayo
    • Two tblsp tomato ketchup
    • two tblsp worcestershire sauce
    • one tblsp brandy
    • good pinch smoked paprika
    • few drops of lemon juice
    • pinch salt and pepper
    • good pinch fresh parsley finely chopped


    1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix well , very well .


    if you want more tang or smoke add more worcestershire sauce and smoked paprika
