    About this recipe: This is a wonderful local treat from the New Forest. Using Lyburn's own Stoney Cross and a local set New Forest honey. Serve as an alternative dessert.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 300g Lyburn Stoney Cross cheese
    • 200g New Forest honey
    • 1 to 2 pinches pepper

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

    1. Cut the Stoney Cross cheese into cheese sticks and arrange on a plate. Combine the honey and pepper together and place in a small bowl in the middle of the cheese. Serve as a dessert.
