- 110g Colston Bassett Stilton
- 55g mascarpone cheese
- 75g unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- chocolate digestive biscuits, as needed
Prep:10min › Extra time:1hr setting › Ready in:1hr10min
- Combine the Stilton, Mascarpone, butter and salt into a food processor and blend until smooth. Place into ramekin dishes and chill in the fridge for 1 hour to set.
- Remove from the fridge and serve with chocolate biscuits.
