Preheat oven to 200 C / Gas 6. Line tray with baking parchment.
Chop chocolate into chunks, fudge into small cubes, banana chips into small pieces and mix together. Set aside.
Cream butter and sugars together. Once creamed add egg, and vanilla and mix, then add generous pinch of salt.
In a separate bowl mix flour and baking powder. Add the creamed mixture to dry ingredients and mix the dough with your hands. Once dough is formed add all the chocolate, fudge and banana chips.
Roll dough into small balls, the size of a golf ball and do not flatten, bake as a ball! Place on the baking tray. Make sure there's at least 2cm between each cookie so they don’t spread into each other!
Bake for 7 minutes maximum – should be golden brown, then it's munchy time!
