    About this recipe: Crunchy yet slightly chewy, this recipe requires no baking and no skill. Get the children to decorate them with icing pens or do it yourself with melted chocolate.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 15 treats

    • 110g butter
    • 110g marshmallows
    • 110g toffees (weighed without wrappers)
    • 140g Rice Krispies®
    • icing pens

    Method
    Prep:15min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Extra time:1hr cooling  ›  Ready in:1hr20min 

    1. Melt the butter, marshmallows and toffees in a pan over a medium heat. Once melted, add the cereal and stir to combine.
    2. Turn the mixture into a lined baking tin (about 22x32cm) and press it down well to create a flat surface.
    3. Transfer to the fridge to cool.
    4. Remove from the tin, peel off the greaseproof paper and cut out shapes with cutters.
    5. Decorate with icing pens or with melted chocolate.
