Mixed herb soured cream

    A lovely mixed herb soured cream, perfect for lots of different dishes and especially good with Mexican fare such as fajitas.

    Serves: 6 

    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
    • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
    • 225ml soured cream
    • salt and pepper, to taste
    • juice of 1/2 lime

    1. Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk until well blended. Serve chilled.


    This mixed herb soured cream will keep for several days in the fridge.
