About this recipe:
A lovely watercress mayonnaise, delightful as an accompaniment to fish dishes and especially tasty with salmon fishcakes.
1 bunch watercress, stalks removed
salt and pepper, to taste
juice of 1/2 lime
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Cholula® sauce
- Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk until well blended. Serve chilled.
This watercress mayonnaise will keep for several days in the fridge.
