Watercress mayonnaise

    A lovely watercress mayonnaise, delightful as an accompaniment to fish dishes and especially tasty with salmon fishcakes.

    Serves: 8 

    • 1 bunch watercress, stalks removed
    • 340g mayonnaise
    • salt and pepper, to taste
    • juice of 1/2 lime
    • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
    • 1/2 teaspoon Cholula® sauce

    1. Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk until well blended. Serve chilled.


    This watercress mayonnaise will keep for several days in the fridge.
