This was lovely. The fish took on the buttery flavor enhanced by the salty capers. My only change was to substitute minced sweet onion in place of the chives and add golden cherry tomatoes. I served it over angel hair pasta and the sauce was perfect. Thank you, AToft! - 16 Feb 2015
