Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil and add the pasta. Cook until al dente or according to the instructions on packet. Drain and cool.
In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, vinegar and seasoning and pour over the pasta. Toss well to coat. Add the chopped peppers, onion, parsley, lemon juice and olives; toss well to mix. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
