600ml double cream
zest and juice of 1 lemon
3 tablespoons lemon curd
4 small meringue nests, crushed
110g rose and lemon Turkish delight, chopped

In a large mixing bowl, whip the cream and add the lemon zest, juice and curd. Stir in the meringue and Turkish delight until well mixed. Place in an airtight container and freeze overnight. To serve, scoop out into serving bowls.
