Sift the flour into a bowl and mix in the salt and sugar. Using an electric hand whisk, mix in the eggs, butter and milk until a batter forms. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before using.
Heat a large frying pan and lightly grease with vegetable oil. Pour in a ladle of pancake batter then rotate the frying pan to spread the mixture evenly and thinly over the base. Cook for 1 minute and then flip and cook for 1 minute on the other side. Remove from the pan and spread a little Nutella in the middle of the crepe; roll up. Repeat until the batter is used. Serve warm.
