About this recipe: These crepes are filled with Nutella®. Perfect for a fancy breakfast or sweet treat after school!


Serves: 4 

  • For the crepe batter
  • 225g plain flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 45g soft brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 65g butter, melted
  • 300ml milk
  • For the filling
  • 85g chocolate hazelnut spread, such as Nutella®

Prep:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Extra time:30min chilling  ›  Ready in:50min 

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl and mix in the salt and sugar. Using an electric hand whisk, mix in the eggs, butter and milk until a batter forms. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before using.
  2. Heat a large frying pan and lightly grease with vegetable oil. Pour in a ladle of pancake batter then rotate the frying pan to spread the mixture evenly and thinly over the base. Cook for 1 minute and then flip and cook for 1 minute on the other side. Remove from the pan and spread a little Nutella in the middle of the crepe; roll up. Repeat until the batter is used. Serve warm.
