Nutella® and peanut butter cookies

    Delicious cookies made with just four ingredients. Combine peanut butter and Nutella® and heaven is born.

    Makes: 1 dozen

    • 70g plain flour
    • 1 egg
    • 150g Nutella®
    • 120g peanut butter, crunchy or smooth

    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Grease baking tray.
    2. Mix flour and egg well, follow with Nutella® and peanut butter until no lumps remain.
    3. Roll the mixture into balls and place on the greased baking tray, press down on them until not thick but not too thin.
    4. Place in oven for around 10 to 15 minutes. They may still be soft but don't place them back in as they will harden while cooling.


    You can add chocolate chips if you wish, fold into recipe after mixed!

    I love these! So quick and easy. I've made them a couple of times now and last time I didn't have enough flour so I used microwave oats instead which had cinnamon, raisins and apple in them. Turned out great! Be prepared if you try eating them while warm, they will fall apart if not cooled down enough.  -  03 Nov 2017

    loved it and so easy. Sunpat now do chocolate peanut butter, so only three ingredients. put it in my mixer and pressed the button, done! Leave on baking tray until not try to eat when I did! Soft biscuits and stick to the roof of your mouth. A perfect mood enhancer.  -  20 Aug 2015
