    1. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Grease baking tray.
    2. Mix flour and egg well, follow with Nutella® and peanut butter until no lumps remain.
    3. Roll the mixture into balls and place on the greased baking tray, press down on them until not thick but not too thin.
    4. Place in oven for around 10 to 15 minutes. They may still be soft but don't place them back in as they will harden while cooling.

You can add chocolate chips if you wish, fold into recipe after mixed!

Love this recipe. Used it maybe five times now and always makes amazing cookies. Once made 94 with the same amounts by using peanut-sized pieces instead of walnut and cooked for 7 minutes rather than 10. (I could have made 100 but I ate the rest of the dough raw.) Also find its not necessary to grease the tray as they don't stick. Very much recommend this recipe.  -  14 Feb 2018

I love these! So quick and easy. I've made them a couple of times now and last time I didn't have enough flour so I used microwave oats instead which had cinnamon, raisins and apple in them. Turned out great! Be prepared if you try eating them while warm, they will fall apart if not cooled down enough.  -  03 Nov 2017

came out really well, was just the fix needed for my sweet tooth, would make again, allow to cool before trying.  -  26 Jul 2017
