110g chopped walnuts
24 stoned figs
fresh mint leaves, to garnish

In a bowl, mix together the mascarpone cheese, honey and chopped walnuts. Cut the tops off the figs and make a hole in the centre of each fig with your finger. Fill each hole with the cheese mixture then pop the top of the fig back on. Serve with fresh mint leaves to garnish.
