About this recipe: These lovely stuffed figs are stuffed with creamy mascarpone cheese and have a little walnut crunch. Delicious as fancy party nibbles.


Serves: 12 

  • 350g mascarpone cheese
  • 55g honey
  • 110g chopped walnuts
  • 24 stoned figs
  • fresh mint leaves, to garnish

  1. In a bowl, mix together the mascarpone cheese, honey and chopped walnuts. Cut the tops off the figs and make a hole in the centre of each fig with your finger. Fill each hole with the cheese mixture then pop the top of the fig back on. Serve with fresh mint leaves to garnish.
