This lovely lime drizzle cake is moist, full of flavour and a great addition to afternoon tea. Just slice and enjoy with a cuppa.
I had a couple of limes I wanted to use up from Christmas drinks, so very glad I found this recipe. In the light of the previous review I doubled the amount of butter as 35g seems so little for 135g of flour. Also I had no marscapone so put in two tbsp Greek yogurt instead. I made this exactly per recipe and it came out quite dense. Really good taste but could definitely have been improved had it been lighter textured. Possibly my poor baking skills though! It was still al eaten up. - 03 Apr 2016
