    About this recipe: This tuna pate is quick and easy and perfect for when you need to get some nibbles out fast. Serve with crackers or melba toast.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 200g cream cheese
    • 1 (200g) tin tuna in olive oil, drained
    • 1 small green chilli, seeded and minced
    • 2 spring onions, chopped
    • juice of 1/2 lemon
    • salt and pepper, to taste

    1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Transfer to a serving dish and serve chilled.
