Tasty smoked salmon pate

    This tasty smoked salmon pate is a great starter for a variety of different menus. Serve with a light garnish and a wedge of lemon.

    Serves: 4 

    • 300g smoked salmon
    • 85g cream cheese
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 55g creme fraiche
    • salt and pepper, to taste
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

    1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer into a serving dish, or into individual ramekins and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours hours before serving.
