Cream cheese stuffed olives

These cream cheese olives are tasty and moreish. The cream cheese has a little bit of spice to it, so alter according to personal taste.

- 200g cream cheese
- 1/2 red pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 small chilli pepper, seeded and minced
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 30 large pitted olives

- In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients except the olives and blend until smooth. Carefully stuff each olive with the cream cheese mixture. Serve chilled.
