These cream cheese olives are tasty and moreish. The cream cheese has a little bit of spice to it, so alter according to personal taste.

200g cream cheese
1/2 red pepper, seeded and minced
1 small chilli pepper, seeded and minced
salt and pepper, to taste
1 pinch paprika
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
30 large pitted olives

In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients except the olives and blend until smooth. Carefully stuff each olive with the cream cheese mixture. Serve chilled.
