Icey's low fat oatmeal cookies

    40 min

Yummy low fat oat cookies. I calculate these are about 3g of fat per cookie, depending on size. They're also dairy free!

These have such a nice flavour but I actually mucked up while making them. Started off using half ingredients and then forgot halfway through😂 i tried to even it out a little but the end results were still great!  -  05 Aug 2014

Mixture was very dry, oats did not stick together had to add extra water. Tasted OK but disappointed with the texture more like rock cakes than biscuits. Definitely won't make again  -  27 Oct 2017
