Nutella® brownie cupakes

    Three ingredients is all that is needed for these beautiful Nutella® brownie cupcakes. This mixture will make around six large muffin-sized cakes or 12 mini cupcakes. They are very quick and easy to make and are simply gorgeous.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 6 brownie cupcakes

    • 280g Nutella®
    • 2 medium eggs
    • 65g self raising flour

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:35min  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Preheat your oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Line a large muffin tin with six paper cases.
    2. Sift the flour into a mixing bowl. Add in the eggs and Nutella®. Mix together, making sure everything is combined and there are no streaks in the mixture. The mixture should look shiny. Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin cases.
    3. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the cakes spring back when touches. Let cool and enjoy warm or cold.

    Tip

    If making 12 mini cupcakes, you may need to decrease baking time.
