About this recipe: Use this hoisin marinade sauce for chicken breasts, chicken wings, pork and even on steak or prawns. Great for a huge range of barbecue meats and poultry.


Makes: 300 ml marinade

  • 200ml hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh root ginger
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • salt and pepper, to taste

  1. Combine all of the ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well. Use immediately or store in a jar in the fridge until needed.
