About this recipe:These lovely chewy chocolate raisin biscuits are a real treat and great to have on hand for hungry little mouths after school.
2 tablespoons butter
450g plain chocolate
1 (170g) tin condensed milk
225g plain flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Grease and line a baking tray.
In a saucepan over a low heat, melt the butter and add the chocolate. Stir until fully melted then add the milk, flour, vanilla extract and raisins. Spoon little mounds onto the prepared tray and gently press down.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes until firm to the touch. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
