Ingredients
Serves: 4
250g Greek yoghurt
180ml extra thick double cream
juice of 1/2 orange
juice of 1/2 lime
3 tablespoons icing sugar, sifted
270g persimmon, peeled and chopped

In a bowl, whisk together the yoghurt, cream, juices and icing sugar until light and creamy. Stir in the persimmon. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour then serve.
