In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks until pale and creamy, gradually adding in the melted chocolate. In a separate bowl whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into the chocolate. Divide between 6 ramekin dishes and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour until set.
Place the mousse in the freezer to speed up the setting process.
Though an easy recipe, I would definately whisk the whites first, took forever!! Also I let it chill for 2 days (though testing it as it went on) and the longer spent in the fridge, the tastier it became! - 21 Jun 2016
