This creamy orange posset is utterly delicious and simple to make. Serve chilled as a tasty dessert.
The posset was once a medieval night time drink or tipple. Today it has been updated into a modern dessert somewhere between a custard and a syllabub.
Easy to make, set lovely and was really creamy. I did add a little more Cointreau than stated as that gave it little more tang. Will make it again - 02 Sep 2017
