In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks until pale and creamy, gradually adding in the melted chocolate. In a separate bowl whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into the mousse. Divide between 6 ramekin dishes and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with grated white chocolate.
