How large are the potatoes exactly? Maybe mine weren't large enough as the mixture was loose. Ended up adding a little flour too but it didn't help much. Also, are we meant to strain them after grating? They started to brown at 5 min so it was impossible to leave for 8 to 10 minutes each side! So I wouldn't burn them I turned them over when golden brown (5 min) each side and then put in the microwave for 2 minutes for the potato to cook properly. - 22 Dec 2016
