About this recipe: The kids like to call these "baby Yorkshire puddings" as they are small and cute. Enjoy with a lovely joint of beef for a Sunday roast.

  • beef dripping, as needed

  • 85g plain flour

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C / Gas 6. Grease a 12 hole muffin tin and place a little beef dripping in the bottom of each hole. Place the muffin pan in the oven to get hot.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the remainder of the ingredients to form a batter. Remove the muffin tin from the oven and divide the batter between the muffin tin holes.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes until risen and golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve hot.

Avoid opening the oven door to check on the puddings, as this may result in them not rising fully.
