In a bowl, toss the peppers in the olive oil and minced garlic. Spread out on a baking tray.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until tender. Remove from the oven.
In a food processor, combine the garlic peppers, cream cheese, lemon, olives and seasoning. Blend until smooth then transfer to a serving bowl. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour prior to serving.
