If you are on a healthy eating kick, these Smash® pancakes are perfect for it! They're sugar free.
1 cupful of Smash® instant mashed potato flakes
1 egg, beaten
sugar-free powdered sweetener, to taste
- Combine the Smash® with the egg and sweetener. The batter should be the consistency of cookie dough but a little sticky; you may add milk if too dry.
- Spray some FryLight® in a frying pan and heat over medium high. Drop the pancake batter into the pan in spoonfuls. Once bubbles appear and the edges are starting to dry, flip and cook the other side.
