This lovely pan fried pollock over a red onion mash is filling and full of lovely flavours. Lovely for a special meal for two.
Absolutely loved this recipe! It was quick to prepare, cheap and really tasty. I will definitely be making it again. NB Unless you use 3 massive potatoes, more may be necessary. I also cut down the butter to 3 tbs! Thanks to AToft for posting it - 06 Jul 2015
