Delicious easy to make fruit loaf

    The easiest to make fruit loaf, no soaking required!

    • 100g butter
    • 150ml of milk
    • 150g of sultanas/ raisins
    • 100g sugar
    • 250g self raising flour
    • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
    • 2 eggs


    1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees
    2. Melt the butter and stir in the milk and dried fruit, boil for 5 minutes
    3. Sieve in the flour, sugar and cinnamon and stir the mixture well
    4. Whisk the eggs and stir in to the mixture
    5. Pop in to the oven for 40 minutes until the loaf is well risen and golden brown


    Enjoy with a cup of tea!
