Bramley apples make the best crumbles and this recipe is no exception. Sweet and flavourful Bramley apples combine with the light crunch of the crumble to form a match made in heaven. Serve hot with custard or ice cream for a satisfying pudding.
Halved ingredients. Used cinnamon as I had no nutmeg. Added a handful of frozen mixed berries. Used Stork baking block rather than butter as it's vegan. Served with Oatley vegan custard. Absolutely spot on recipe. Extremely tasty, the only thing I tweaked was by using dark Muscavado sugar, exactly the same amount though. Topped it with extra thick cream, just perfect. - 21 Nov 2016
