You could add some grated milk chocolate and/or fresh raspberries to the top for decoration.
I followed the recipe to the letter but there is definitely not enough butter to bind that quantity of biscuit. I tried it out before making for guests and the base just crumbled and just needs more butter. So maybe double the quantity shown of 30g to 60g. - 11 Dec 2016
It was a yummy cheesecake, however it could have done with another slab of white chocolate as couldn't taste it much. We used hobnobs for the base which was really nice although needed a bit longer to set - 15 Jun 2014
