Quick and easy muesli

    Easy and delicious breakfast, that's good for you. The best bit is, you prepare it the night before, so there's no work first thing in the morning!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 4 tablespoons oats
    • 50g sultanas
    • 25g brown sugar
    • 125ml milk
    • 1 sliced banana

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Extra time:8hr chilling  ›  Ready in:8hr5min 

    1. Mix together all ingredients, except the banana.
    2. Leave in fridge overnight.
    3. Add sliced banana just before serving.
