About this recipe: A nice, cheap, store-cupboard dinner. I tend to serve this with a salad and maybe some garlic bread. Thanks to ruthymunchkin for the photo.
I sometimes mix a packet of crushed ready salted crisps with the cheese to go on top (you may not need all of the bag). This adds a nice crunch to the top.

Just made it again the other day, and used frozen mixed veg instead of peas and sweetcorn. The veg had baby carrots, peas, sweetcorn and green beans, and it was awesome. - 26 Jan 2014
