About this recipe: A nice, cheap, store-cupboard dinner. I tend to serve this with a salad and maybe some garlic bread. Thanks to ruthymunchkin for the photo.
I sometimes mix a packet of crushed ready salted crisps with the cheese to go on top (you may not need all of the bag). This adds a nice crunch to the top.

Was tasty. I used a red pepper in place of the mushrooms. It was nice because of all the colour. Am definitely saving this to make again - 21 Mar 2014
