    About this recipe: This warm and creamy artichoke dip is a fantastic starter for a party. Use for dipping posh crisps or carrot and celery sticks.

    • 2 tins artichokes, drained and chopped
    • 150g goat's cheese
    • 85g cream cheese
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
    • salt and pepper, to taste
    • lemon juice, to taste

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
    2. In a large mixing bowl, mash up the artichokes. Mix in the goat's cheese followed by the cream cheese. Mix in the parsley and chives then season to taste. Add a splash of lemon juice and mix well. Spoon into an ovenproof bowl.
    3. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until heated through. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
