Warm artichoke and goat's cheese dip

This warm and creamy artichoke dip is a fantastic starter for a party. Use for dipping posh crisps or carrot and celery sticks.

- 2 tins artichokes, drained and chopped
- 150g goat's cheese
- 85g cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- salt and pepper, to taste
- lemon juice, to taste

- Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash up the artichokes. Mix in the goat's cheese followed by the cream cheese. Mix in the parsley and chives then season to taste. Add a splash of lemon juice and mix well. Spoon into an ovenproof bowl.
- Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until heated through. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
