You can of course substitute butter for the Marg in the buttercream and also, of course, the biscuits.
These were nice . I put the rolled mix wrapped in cling film in fridge for ten mins before slicing . I also added some custard powder to the buttercream icing along with a bit more vanilla essence . Made about 25. - 21 Sep 2014
