Bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to the boil, and cook your tagliatelle as normal. Ten to 12 minutes will normally do it, but if you prefer yours a little al dente (like the Italians do), then check it every 30 seconds or so from the 7 minute mark until it's chewy but not crunchy.
Once your pasta is cooked and drained, simply keep it in the pan it was cooked in and stir in Dairygold. Not only will it enhance its flavour, it will keep the strands of tagliatelle moist and separated for longer, reducing the risk of it clumping together on the plate.
If you don't have time to make a sauce, just serve it warm with a little cracked black pepper and a generous grating of Parmesan cheese! Simple and delicious.
