Sprouted buckwheat salad is a delicious healthy salad. I keep a supply of either fresh salad vegetables prepared in my fridge or cooked vegetables along with some cooked sprouted buckwheat. This salad can then be prepared in minutes for my lunchbox.
1/4 teaspoon dried mixed herbs (I used dried basil and mint)
1/4 teaspoon unprocessed salt (I used Himalayan salt)
1/4 teaspoon dried flaked kelp
1 to 2 large handfuls of chopped mixed salad vegetables

First mix the pre-cooked buckwheat sprouts with olive oil and fresh lemon juice.
Sprinkle on flavourings: mineral-rich Himalayan salt, kelp, black pepper, dried basil and mint. Sometimes I like to use pomegranate powder which has a sweet and sour taste and is rich in anti-oxidants like vitamin C.
Then I add my salad vegetables and give it all a mix and a taste.
Check taste and add in more flavourings if required.
