In a bowl beat together the eggs, flour, sugar and milk until smooth.
Heat a pan on a low-medium heat. If you have a nice non-stick pan no need to grease it, however if your pan is non-stick but still sticks, add a notch of butter or oil.
Add a ladleful of pancake batter to the pan and cover with a saucepan lid for a minute or two or until golden brown underneath. Remove the lid then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side. Remove from the pan and enjoy with your favourite sauces and toppings!
