Add the nuts to a food processor and mix until they are finely chopped.
Add the dried fruit and mix until these are finely chopped (this stage could take a while).
Add the coconut and banana flavouring and give it a final whiz.
Spoon into moulds or roll into balls and place in the fridge to set, overnight is best
I can make a little over 20 drop using cake pop moulds. These will keep in an airtight container for a few days, longer in the fridge. I wrap each drop in cling film, this makes them easier to carry around when out and about with my tripolatas.
