Delicious / Flavourful Apple Crumble


    It's tangy, moist crumbly, warm and so auromatic.

    • 2 cooking apples
    • 1 tbsp sugar for apples
    • 1 tbsp sugar for crumble
    • Cinnamon to taste
    • 50g butter
    • 100g flour
    • 50g oats
    • Fruits of your choice (optional)


    1. Peel & core the apples. Place them into a bowl with cold water inside, and drain. Then add the sugar for the apples and place into the microwave for 2 minutes to make them tender.
    2. For the crumble: Mix together the butter, oats, sugar and flour with your hands until it resembles bread crumbs. (Chunks of butter are okay)
    3. Place the apples into your dish, evenly. Add your fruits, if chosen and then pour your crumble on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 - 25 minutes.
