1 (70g) pot Ski Sensations Strawberries and Cream Flavour Dessert

125g caster sugar
110g self raising flour
45ml sunflower oil

Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Grease a silicone 8 hole mini doughnut mould.
Place the Ski Sensations dessert, egg, caster sugar, flour and oil in a medium size mixing bowl. Gently beat the ingredients together until just blended and smooth. Spoon the doughnut mixture into the mould using two teaspoons.
Bake the doughnuts for 15 minutes until golden and springy to the touch.
Remove from the oven and allow the doughnuts to cool for a few minutes in the moulds then gently pop them out and transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
When ready to serve, pop a raspberry into each hole.
