Put the pasta sauce and red wine in the slow cooker and mix it up a bit. Add the steak. Add water to top your slow cooker up to about an inch over the steak.
Cook for 3 to 4 hours on High or 6 to 8 hours on Low.
Whatever flavour of pasta sauce you use will have a HUGE effect on the taste of the beef and the longer you cook it, the more tender it will become. If you find the flavour of the sauce over powers everything else, just add more water in place of some of it.
Serve with whatever you like but boiled new potatoes, asparagus and green beans are my choice. ENJOY!
