A really sweet sauce which is perfect with many many desserts. This will make your mouth water and come back for seconds.

Ingredients
Makes: 425 ml sauce
- 300ml double cream
- 120ml skimmed milk
- 2 tablespoons golden syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons cornflour (to thicken)

- Place the cream and milk in a pan, slowly heat for 10 minutes or until the liquid starts to steam.
- Add the golden syrup and the vanilla making sure you stir the mixture all the time.
- After 5 minutes, add the cinnamon and continue to stir for another 5 minutes.
- Add the cornflour to thicken the sauce, and stir till thickened. Remove from heat and allow to cool before serving or serve warm.
