Sweet Chilli Chicken pieces

    A quick easy recipe for tasty chicken pieces. These can be dinner, party food or a cheeky wee snack when nobodys looking. Not too sweet and not too hot, big kids and little kids love them.

    • Chicken thighs and drumsticks (8-12 pieces)
    • 300ml of sweet chilli sauce
    • 80ml of honey
    • 10ml of light soy sauce and 10ml of dark soy sauce
    • flour for dredging


    1. Line the base of and oven tin with chicken thighs and drumsticks and dredge lightly with flour.
    2. Mix the sweet chilli, soy and honey and spoon over the chicken.
    3. Cook at 180C for around 1hr 30 mins, basting every 20 mins or so until the skin is crispy and starting to blacken as per picture.
